Ground shipping is free

Free ground shipping on every order, anywhere in the United States. No minimum and no charge at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same day. Freight items take an extra day to crate. Ground usually arrives in three to seven business days.

Faster options

Call 971-472-4184 and we'll quote it. Air runs from around $100 on a small part up to several hundred on a panel, so we price each one against the actual box. Flat rate is often the cheapest way to move something small and heavy, and we'll use it where it fits.

Your own carrier label is welcome. Send it over and we'll put it on the box.

Free local delivery

Portland area, no charge. Usually the best option for switchgear, meter centers, and anything awkward to ship. Select local delivery at checkout, or call to arrange a time.

Packing

Everything is packed to survive the trip. Heavy gear is double boxed and braced, and palletized when it is too heavy to go parcel. We would rather over-pack than replace a cracked enclosure.

When it arrives

Inspect the packaging before you sign. If it looks damaged, photograph it before unpacking and call us the same day. That keeps a carrier claim simple, and the 90 day guarantee covers you either way.

Address changes

Call 971-472-4184 right away. Once a heavy shipment is moving, redirecting it gets expensive.
