Everything we sell is tested before it goes up. If it arrives and it doesn't work, or it turns out not to be right for the job, tell us within 90 days and you get a replacement or a refund. Your call, not ours.
No claim form. No restocking fee. No argument about whether it was working when it left here.
Where we'll be straight with you: we are not PEARL accredited and we do not recondition equipment. We test what we sell, we describe it accurately, and the guarantee covers the distance between those two things and your job site.
You get exactly what's described
Surplus means condition varies, and vague listings are how people end up with the wrong thing. So every item is graded the same way, every time:
- New in box. Unused, original packaging.
- New, no box. Unused, packaging long gone.
- Surplus, unused. Never installed, may show shelf wear.
- Used, tested. Pulled from service, tested before listing.
A scratch, a missing knockout, a scuffed nameplate: it goes in the photos and in the description. We would rather lose a sale than have you open a box and find a surprise.
Built on referrals
Most of our work comes from electricians who told another electrician, and from contractors who came back the next time a panel needed replacing. We would rather earn the second order than win the first one on a technicality.
